Processing Times
Standard Processing Times:
Although most orders will be processed within 5-7 business days, our standard processing is as follows:
- 1-2 weeks (up to 10 business calendar days) excluding weekends and holidays for orders to be processed.
- 2-3 weeks (up to 15 business calendar days) excluding weekends and holidays for all EXCLUSTIVE items, all items made with resin, 3D all-over custom shirts, custom luggage, custom shoes, bulk order apparel (40 pieces or more), custom sweats and apparel to be processed.
- Orders are not placed into queue to be completed until invoice payment is received in full.
- Shipping times are in ADDITION to the 1-2 week processing time.

High Volume Processing Times
- Up to 3 weeks (up to 15 business calendar days) excluding weekends and holidays for orders to be processed from the date that they are placed. If a custom design is requested, then the timing doesn't begin until the final approval from customer is provided. (Example: Order placed on Monday, custom design not approved until Friday, the 15 business calendar days start on Friday).
- Shipping times are in addition to the 1-3 week processing times
Order Types
Rush orders
Rush Order Fee: $35.00
Orders created with vinyl, paper, sublimation only, will be processed no later than 10 business calendar days excluding weekends and holidays after final payment is received.
Rush orders created with any material other than ones mentioned above will be processed no later than 15 business calendar days excluding weekends and holidays after final payment is received. This is due to the time needed to allow for the FDA compliant epoxy sealer to properly set on items created with epoxy.
Date Specific Orders
If an order must be received by a certain date, it is customer's responsibility to mention such date when placing the order.
If the requested date falls before the 1-2 week (10 calendar day) time frame, there will be no guarantee of the order being processed and shipped based on customers shipping choice unless a rush fee is submitted. (Applies to orders created with vinyl, paper, sublimation only.)
For date specific orders created with materials other than ones mentioned above, that falls before the 1-2 week (10 business calendar days) time frame will be processed and shipped within 15 business calendar days excluding weekends and holidays. Due to the time needed to allow for the FDA compliant epoxy sealer to properly set.
Personalized Items/Confirmation
A maximum of 3 proofs will be sent for all personalized items to be confirmed/approved before processing begins. Customers will be allowed up to 3 edits. Any additional edits after 3 will incur an additional fee of $5.00 per change. Once proof has been confirmed/approved, there can be no additional edits/updates.

Double-check spelling/grammar before submitting requests. Due to the personal nature of the products, we can not make these types of updates without customer's confirmation of the spelling/grammar.
Once your item(s) has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track the status of your package while in transit. Once your item has been placed with the shipping carrier of choice, we are not responsible for the transit time of that carrier.
